Can I try a course before buying?
Yes. The first lesson is free. Purchase the course to unlock its remaining lessons and assessments.
Are live classes included in a course?
Your selected language includes an average of 9 one-hour live lessons per month and 24/7 online course access.
How much does a live session cost?
The selected language course costs RMB 395 per month and includes an average of 9 live lessons, each lasting one hour, plus 24/7 online portal access.
Can I study on my phone?
Yes. Lessons, practice and account pages are designed for mobile, tablet and desktop browsers.
Do I need to download the course?
No. Read and practise inside your account on the website. Paid course files are not offered as a public download.
How do I unlock a purchased course?
Sign in with the account used at checkout. My Learning shows your courses after payment is confirmed. Pending or refunded orders do not provide paid access.
How are practice and exams marked?
Supported interactive questions are marked automatically. Practice shows feedback after checking; exams show results after final submission.
How do I join a live class?
After payment, open My Classes. Your private join link appears 30 minutes before the session and remains available until the session ends.
Which time is shown for classes?
Sessions are stored with a specific timezone. Your browser also displays the time in your device timezone. Check the date and timezone before booking.
What if I need help or a refund?
Contact support with your order number. Requests are reviewed under the published refund terms and applicable consumer rights.
