Learning purchases

A self-paced course purchase provides account-based access to the lessons and assessments included in that product. The free sample remains available before purchase. Availability and the final price are shown on the course page and at checkout.

Your selected language course

The advertised monthly offer is RMB 395 for one selected language, including an average of 9 one-hour live lessons and 24/7 portal access. The payment interval and access terms shown at checkout apply to your purchase. Automatic renewal is not enabled in this package.

Account responsibilities

Use accurate account information and protect your password. New self-service accounts must verify their email address. Access is personal to your account; please do not redistribute paid materials, question banks or private meeting links.

Schedules and results

Check the session date, timezone and available seats before paying. Use My Classes to view your booking. Learning outcomes depend on your starting point, practice and participation; the website does not promise a particular exam result or level of fluency.

Support and changes

Contact support about access problems, schedule changes or order questions. Published refund terms and applicable consumer rights govern refund requests. Review these terms again when placing a new order.
